Kitchen Assistant

• Days & Shifts:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00am-10:00am

  • Fridays from 2:00pm - 4:15pm or 4:00pm - 6:00pm

• Age Requirement: 16 years and over to volunteer on own as knife skills may be required.  14+ ok when accompanied by parent/guardian.

• Duties include: Washing and preparing food, using ovens, packing food, washing dishes.  Knife work involved for some volunteers.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for an extended period of time, walk, lift, bend and reach.

• Volunteers will be supported by a volunteer Team Lead or employee of Hope’s Corner.
